Yes, we can do that. Please submit a no-obligation search request by filling out the form. We’ll then start looking for you. You won’t pay us anything for this, even if you end up making a purchase. We’ll work out a commission arrangement with the seller.

Our team has a combined total of more than 20 years of experience in the recreation industry. We have worked at various well-known companies in the sector, giving us in-depth knowledge of both the market and the needs of investors.

We are currently working on-site, but we do not yet have an office for visitors. We are actively searching for a suitable location so that we can welcome people to our office in the future.

Buying a Vacation Home

There are certainly financing options available when purchasing a vacation home. Keep in mind that in some cases, this can be more difficult than financing a regular home. Permanent residence in vacation homes is not permitted in many locations. This depends on the zoning plan and the municipality. Most vacation homes are subject to a zoning plan that allows only recreational use. This means that the property may only be used for short-term stays and not as a permanent residence. In some cases, the municipality may decide to amend the zoning plan, thereby allowing permanent residency. This can happen, for example, in a region where there is less demand for recreational stays or where pressure on the housing market is high.
